Contract & vendor statement

Getting your sale documentation prepared correctly means there is less risk that your sale will fall through.

Using copies of rates notices in your vendor statement instead of proper certificates is a common way of saving costs. However, did you know that this could result in a defective vendor statement if important  matters are not disclosed to a purchaser?

Defective vendor statements mean that a purchaser can change his or her mind and exit the contract.
